Ranger's Apprentice

In this exciting read the main character Will is chosen to become a Ranger or as most people would describe a Black magic wizard, but when in reality they aren't they are the actual protectors of the kingdom.

So far, he has begun his training as a ranger and has been enjoying his training more than Horace his friend who was accepted into the battle school instead of him. he didn't like that but he had to deal with it.  I just started the book and i really liked i can't wait to finish the whole entire series. I like the whole idea of the book it shows you both the perspectives of Horace and Will and I'm just liking the way the book shows how the character is doing like when he goes into explaining Horace's training, he does it with plenty of detail and explanation. Because otherwise you would get lost with what was going on.

The real problem yet hasn't shown up because him not getting into battle school really isn't that big of a deal. i sense an even bigger problem brewing since i haven't even gotten half way through the book i am right now about 37% done with this amazing book.

I feel though that Will's friends will have something to do with the problem like they might become hostages but i am not quite sure and i haven't even meet a could-be nemesis yet at all. But i sense that it will be a big problem for the main character through the series.

Overall the book is great and i'll try to finish it before Monday because so far i can't put it down literally i am reading it as i am typing this blog post so it may not be the most focused blog post i have on my blog.

Catching Fire

In this book where the characters Peeta and Katniss continue their journey, this time however it is the Quarter Quell and the Capitol decided to instead of picking from all of the regular victims they decided that they should take out people from the already existing pool of victors. These are the people who win and no longer have any thing to do with the games. Now after escaping death once they have to once again try to escape it  one more time for the sake of the rebellion that is now taking place all over the districts and in the capitol.
They end up causing a rebellion in the capitol after telling the Capitol audience that they were having a baby (Peeta and Katniss) the crowd is wild and crying out to President Snow that the games are going to far to take the life of a baby, especially the child of the girl who is on fire.

What makes me wonder is that fact that how is it going to possible to fake having a child go for both Peeta and Katniss are they going to forcibly have a child just to keep their claim alive and keep the reballion alive as well with their child.

How will Gale take this? i think that he just might lose hope on getting Katniss at all because once the capitol finds out that they have been tricked by Peeta and Katniss they will no longer rebel. Instead they might attack them for lying, tricking, and decieving them.

Overall the book was good especially the twist ending it had when Gale comes and Katniss is about to faint and he tells her that there is no more District Twelve this means it was bombed just like district 13 by the capitol so what does this mean for Katniss's Family did they make it.

A final unanswered question is the fact that we don't know if there is even a district 13 the video that the capitol showed all of the other districts is just a rewind. Then the possibilities of there still being a district 13 are endless.

Warriors into the wild By Erin Hunter

In the book Warriors into the wild by Erin Hunter the main character is Firepaw and in the book that makes Firepaw the main character is the fact that he shows the rest of the warrior cats that even a kitty cat like him without warrior blood can be a warrior to for one of the four clans in the forest. The book presents the idea that you can do whatever you want to do you don't have to meet the exact physical qualities just the metal qualities that push you torwards your goal.
How this is supported in the book Warriors into the wild is that when Firepaw first encounters the thunderclan warriors is he puts up a fight  against one of their apprentices and by showing that he can defend himself with brains instead of with force they invite him to join their clan (the thunder clan warrior cats) and eventually he makes his choice and joins them. Althought he might have trouble along the way he still went for it that is the first example in the book that supports the idea that anyone can reach their goals they just can't give up. Another example would be in the moment where he has his first hunting/training session he has a difficulty because he is so much used to being pamperd but dosen't give up and with time his stance improves and he catches his first kill for the clan. These are two examples in Warriors into the wild that support the idea of how people can acheive their goals and dreams.
Other examples in the book Warriors into the wild that supports the idea of how people can reach their goals, dreams, and fantasies if they put the time into acheving it. For example in the book the clan leader of the the Thunderclan Blustar has chosen Firepaw and his two buddies to protect her on her way to the moonstone which is something that only a warrior with high respect and honor. This meant that Firepaw was very close to acheving his very hopes and dreams of becoming a warrior cat and so this meant he had done it he didn't give up so his dreams and hopes were made a reality. A final example to show that his hopes and dreams were reality is that at the very last, last, last three pages were all about his rite of passage and how he had final become from Firepaw into the warrior Fireheart.
This shows no matter how impossible your dream may seem you should shoot for them because if it dosen't happen as soon as Fireheart's you should keep trying and this is what the book Warriors into the wild by Erin Hunter taught once i was finished reading it.
